Gourishankar Meditation

Standard

This technique, for the nighttime, consists of four stages of fifteen minutes. The first two stages are preparation for the spontaneous Latihan of the third stage. if the breathing is done correctly in the first stage, the carbon dioxide in the bloodstream will make you feel as high as Gourishankar (Mt. everest).

1st stage: 15 Minutes

Sit with closed eyes. Inhale deeply through the nose, filling the lungs. Hold the breath for as long as possible; then exhale gently through the mouth, and keep the lungs empty for as long as possible. Continue this breathing cycle throughout this stage.

2nd stage: 15 Minutes

Return to normal breathing and with a gentle gaze look at a candle flame or a flushing blue light. Keep you body still.

3rd stage: 15 Minutes

With closed eyes, stand up and let your body be loose and receptive. Allow your body to move gently in whichever way it wants. Don’t do the moving; just allow it to happen gently and gracefully.

4th stage:15 Minutes

Lie down with closed eyes, silent and still.

About zoffice

I have come to this frightening conclusion that i'm the decisive element. It is my personal approach that creates the climate. It is my daily mood that makes the weather. I possess tremendous power to make life miserable or joyous. I can be a tool of torture or an instrument of inspiration; I can humiliate or humor, hurt or heal in all situations, It is my response that decides whether a crisis is escalated or de-escalated, & a person is humanized or de-humanized. If we treat people as they are, we make them worse. If we treat people as they ought to be, we help them become what they are capable of becoming..
