Diary Gone Missing

I lost my past memories,
All those were washed away,
Tried to Search viz. everywhere,
But couldn’t find a single way.
Gone through corners and corridors,
Digged from the attic to the floor,
Wrecked the piles of books from the shelf,
Am I insane, where could it be? huff!
It was my best friend,
Scribbled joys and sorrows,
Anxieties and pains,
But all those feelings were rend,
A light of hope is still there,
whether I’d find it till morrow.
Waiting for its return,
Dying to read each word,
Plenty of times,
From beginning to the end.

Time waits for none

As a human I took birth in this world,

I crept and wept as a child.

Sooner I grew up, a youth waxed inside me,

Everything in me was bold and strong.

I made my dream a destiny,

But wasn’t clear from where do I start from.

I tried to run with this changing surrounding,

My life moves on with many ups and downs.

As the seashore changes its shapes with waves,

I am changing myself to sustain and survive.

I was single, found a bride and ready to get mingle,

Life was something different than usual.

But a new world doesn’t lasts for a couple of years,

Unlimited desires with limited source of income.

A lot more frustration with increase in depression,

Hair gone grey in front of the same old mirror.

Life full of compromises and sacrifices,

But couldn’t reach my destination.

My destiny has become a nightmare.

I daily grew older and time flew sooner.

This is the curse for being a human,

Having a journey from cradle to coffin.

I would have defeated KORONOS,

If stopping a clock tick will stop the time,

But couldn’t do so.

Just now western Scientist submitted a report on heart disease. The report was breath-taking. People might have confusion about the most dangerous disease in the world. Some might claim HIV/AIDS, the most dangerous disease and some might claim cancer as the most dangerous disease. But according to the report of scientist it has claimed that heat disease is one of the most dangerous disease all over the world. And it’s a shocking news that America comes in first place to have suffered from heart diseases. America is the powerful country and has been able to dominate the world in the field of education, technology and power. But still they are unable to cope with this disease. Many scientists have done kinds of researches and experiments to cut this disease.

Christiaan Neethling Barnard (November 8, 1922 – September 2, 2001) was a South African cardiac surgeon who performed the world’s first successful human-to-human heart transplant. Before that no one has ever imagined about such a miraculous treatment. He is a high skilled cardiac surgeon and for that one needs deep concentration while doing such operations. A minor mistake might lose the patient’s life but in his life time he has never done any such mistake. He has learnt yoga classes from Indian yoga schools. He mainly focuses on Siddhasana and if one does practice this yoga daily then its sure no any heart related disease will attack.

For the beginners this method might be uncomfortable but the continuous practice of this method will definitely help the people to get rid of various diseases. For instance, An axe is a small weapon used to cut down trees. If a tree is hit once then it’ll make a small wound but the continuous hitting of the axe at the same place definitely makes the tree to fall. In the same way, Mudra Yoga will be more effective if only practiced continuously. Laughing therapy is also one of the most effective method to get rid of heart diseases. If an individual is able to laugh for at least 15 minutes a day then its sure to stay way from plague. These day people have access to all the facilities but they lack happiness, love and are unable to smile. As result they pay lots of dollar just to make own laugh. These day people are running after power, prestige and prosperity (3Ps) sacrificing their health. People think that money can buy all the happiness of this world. People are squandering health in search of wealth and once they suffer from severe heart disease  then again have to squander wealth in search of health. Its our human nature to run after those 3Ps but we must not neglect our health in search of wealth. If we are healthy enough then wealth can be achieved but once the health condition gets worse and wealth has to be used excessively. It’s just a loss from both side. So smile as much as you can and enjoy life in all the ways. Never compromise with health. Always be cautious on your health. Live long and a happy life. – If you are inside your home then search for the safe location ( under table or desk, bed)

– Once you feel the shock of wave then immediately turn off the source off fire

– Don’t panic, take time and go to the safe place

– Once you feel the shock of wave, let the door open and have an emergency exit

– If you’re outside then protect your head from getting injury and stay away from harmful objects

– Follow the instructions given by the employees if you are in any department store, cinema hall or business complex

– Park the car at the left side of the road if you’re driving

– There’s more probability of landslide, so stay away from such prone areas

– Carry the primary things with you while you go to the safe place

Nadabrahma Meditation

Nadabrahma meditation lasts for one hour and has three stages. It is a sitting method, in which humming and hand movements create an inner balance, a harmony between mind and body. Suitable for any time of the day, have an empty stomach and remain inactive for at least fifteen minutes afterwards.

“So in Nadabrahma, remember this: let the body and mind be totally together, but remember that you have to become a witness. Get out of them, easily, slowly, from the back door, with no fight, with no struggle.”

First Stage: 30 minutes
Sit in a relaxed position with eyes closed. With lips together, start humming, loud enough so that if you are doing it with others, you can be heard by them. This will create a vibration in your body. You can visualize a hollow tube or vessel filled only with the vibrations of the humming. A point will come when the humming continues by itself and you become the listener. There is no special breathing, and you can alter the pitch, and move your body smoothly and slowly, if you feel to.

Second Stage: 15 minutes
This stage is divided into two segments, of seven and a half minutes each. For the first part, move the hands, palms upwards, in an outward, circular motion. Starting at the navel, both hands move forward and then divide to make two large circles mirroring each other left and right. The movement should be so slow that at times there will appear to be no movement at all. Feel that you are giving energy outwards to the universe. After seven and a half minutes, the music will change and you turn your hands palm downwards, and start moving them in the opposite direction. Now the hands will come together towards the navel and divide outwards towards the side of the body. Feel that you are taking energy in. As in the first stage, don’t inhibit any soft, slow movements of the rest of your body.

Third Stage: 15 minutes
Sit absolutely quiet and still.
